We cooked ‘Temari Sushi’ and ‘Sakuramochi’ this time. Everyone divided roles to cook with our volunteer members, creating amazing sushi that featured a variety of vegetables.

  • 手毬ずし(Temari sushi): small, ball-shaped sushi topped with fish or other ingredients.
  • 桜餅 (Sakura mochi): Sweet rice cake filled with red bean paste and wrapped in a pickled cherry leaf.

今回はみんなで手毬ずしと桜餅を作りました。それぞれボランティアの学生と協力しながら調理をし春らしくかわいらしいお寿司をたくさんを作りました。
