今週は、山形ラーメンについて学びました。ラーメンの種類や麺の違いについて話し合い、それぞれが食べたことのあるラーメンや一番好きなラーメンについて意見を交わしました😋また、3月12日の「駄菓子の日」にちなみ、駄菓子をもらい、春のお彼岸に合わせて、みんなでぼた餅作りにも挑戦しました。 This week, we learned about Yamagata ramen. We discussed the different types of ramen and noodle variations, sharing our experiences with the ramen we’ve tried and our favorite. Additionally, because of "Dagashi Day" on March 12, we received some dagashi (Japanese traditional snacks) and we challenged to make botamochi.

We made botamochi with sweet red bean paste, soybean flour, and sesame flavors, and tried learning kanji with the book! It's crucial to make studying enjoyable:) あんこ・きなこ・胡麻味の牡丹餅をつくったり、『漢字が楽しくなる本』で漢字を学んでみたりしました！

This time, we learned about Japanese holidays in March. We also learned about Japanese sports festivals and experienced group gymnastics, making the most of our minds and bodies and having a fun day together✨3月12日の「駄菓子の日」や3月20日の「春分の日」について学び、とても充実した授業でした。また、組体操にチャレンジしたり、「ソーラン節」や「パプリカ」を踊ったりしました！

In this time, we made Fastelavnsboller and Hina Doll Sushi. We tried to make kimonos by coloring egg:) 今回のお料理レッスンでは、みんなでファステラヴンボッレとひな人形寿司を作りました。食紅で色を付けて着物を作ったことで可愛いお雛様とお内裏様が完成しました🎎

It was fun learning by trying sports movements! This year marks the 14th year since the Great East Japan Earthquake. It's good to discuss with your family what to do if an earthquake, fire, or tsunami occurs in Japan.スポーツの動作を実際にやって、楽しく学びました! 今年は東日本大震災から１４年目。日本で地震や火事、津波が起きたら、どうするか家族で話し合っておくと良いですね。

We learned about the "Fastelavn". In Norway, it is a special day, like "Setsubun" and "Girls' Festival" in Japan. Fastelavnsboller looks so delicious🤤ノルウェーの「ファステラヴン」について学びました。ノルウェーでは、「節分」や「ひな祭り」のように特別な日とされています。Fastelavnsbollerおいしそうですね！

We made Hinaningyo out of origami and added some touches to the princess and prince using paper and colored pencils. How cute it is!!折り紙で雛人形を作ったり、紙や色鉛筆を使ってお雛様・お内裏様にアレンジを加えたりしました🌸

During our Setsubun activity, we made oni ”masks” together. Choosing colored paper and crafting, we aimed for a "cute and happy" look. We preferred lovable oni rather than ones we'd want to chase away. So while throwing beans, we couldn't help but exclaim, "Oni wa uchi!"!節分のアクティブティーでは、みんなで鬼のお面を作りました。画用紙の色を選んだり、表情を作りながら「かわいいのがいい。嬉しい顔にする。」と作っている鬼に愛着がわいたようで、追い出したい鬼ではなくかわいい鬼になりました。思わず豆まき中に「鬼はうち！」と変えて叫んでしまうかわいさです！
