By registering for courses through our website or by telephone, we collect the information that is necessary to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure that you are registered for the course or studies you wish for.

This includes name, date of birth, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address and Japanese education history. For corporate customers who make payment by invoice, we will register the company name, organization number, contact name, telephone number and e-mail address for the contact person / company, and the invoice address with any comments.
